Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative (R14214)

As a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative at Oportun, you will focus on providing exceptional member service by greeting customers, processing transactions, and engaging in community outreach to educate potential members about financial services. Your role will involve working both independently and as part of a team, conducting outreach activities at local businesses and events, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. You will also perform administrative tasks using a computer and assist with light housekeeping duties.
