As a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative at Oportun, you will focus on delivering exceptional member service both in-store and through community outreach. Your role involves processing transactions, educating potential members about financial services, and engaging with local businesses and communities to promote Oportun's offerings. You will also maintain a welcoming store environment and support various outreach activities to drive member engagement.
