  • Good knowledge of Oodle processes and Consumer Credit/Motor Finance operations.
  • Experience using speech analytics, quality assurance, customer insight, or monitoring tools.
  • Ability to identify trends, root causes and potential customer harm, translating findings into practical recommendations.
What the job really is

The Quality Assurance Analyst role involves conducting independent quality monitoring of customer interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The analyst will assess customer outcomes, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends and identifying risks. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders while maintaining the independence of the Quality Assurance function.
