  • Experience normalizing heterogeneous external data into a common domain model, including entity resolution, matching, deduplication, or identity/entity graphs
  • Experience designing workflow integrations that preserve the product’s source of truth while synchronizing status and actions with external systems
  • Experience evaluating shared integration frameworks and making practical build-versus-reuse decisions
  • Experience with MCP servers, agent platforms, administrator-facing AI assistants, or AI-enabled enterprise applications
What the job really is
