What the job really is

The Agile Coach at ON.energy will facilitate and coach engineering and technology teams in adopting agile principles, ensuring alignment with business needs. This role involves mentoring leaders, improving team effectiveness, and promoting agile methodologies across various technical functions. The coach will also support work management using Azure DevOps and foster cross-functional collaboration while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
