In this full-time role, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting a variety of visits including acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and through tele-health. You will collaborate with teammates during daily huddles and participate in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds, while also utilizing your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
