Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Laurel Heights) - Sign-On Bonus Available

In this role, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. You will collaborate with teammates during daily huddles and participate in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds, while utilizing your clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Additionally, you will need to obtain state licensure for virtual primary care in other states as required.
