The Maintenance Technician at Olympus will work with both the service and office teams to ensure the maintenance and repair of property facilities and apartment homes. Responsibilities include performing maintenance requests related to plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and electrical work, as well as tracking service requests and maintaining the grounds and common areas. The role requires availability for emergency maintenance requests and collaboration with the Lead Maintenance Technician on daily priorities.
