As a Leasing Consultant at The Preserve At Henderson Beach, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and residents, responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing lease paperwork, and organizing resident events to enhance community engagement. You will also utilize sales strategies to increase property traffic and maintain a thorough knowledge of the property.
