What the job really is

As a Technical Sourcer/Jr. Recruiter at Old Mission, you will engage in researching and sourcing candidates for various technical roles while collaborating with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include building candidate pipelines, evaluating candidates, and enhancing the overall talent evaluation process. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle and aims to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
