What the job really is

The Associate Director of Special Events will lead and support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events for the OHSU Foundation, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to develop event strategies, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets, as well as overseeing event platforms and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
