What the job really is

As a Virtual Intervention Specialist at OHDELA, you will create a supportive online classroom environment focused on student learning and social-emotional development. Your responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, conducting assessments, writing and implementing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and communicating with families about student progress. You will also participate in planning non-instructional activities and may need to travel for state testing and events.
