What the job really is

As an Associate Financial Planner at Octopus Money, you will work directly with clients via video calls to help them understand their financial situation and develop tailored financial plans. Your role involves coaching clients to uncover their goals, providing expert financial guidance, and motivating them to take actionable steps towards their financial objectives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and contribute to business growth.

  • Base salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
  • Hybrid working with 3 days in the office each week (Tuesday - Thursday)
