As an Interaction Designer at Observe.AI, you will analyze spoken language data to derive insights and enhance speech-based applications. Your responsibilities include configuring evaluation forms into dashboards, automating scoring processes, auditing voice analytics data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer business objectives using voice analytics tools.
