What the job really is

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Field Operations and Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Vacant and Development Lots and Area Maintenance programs. This role includes managing staff, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring effective service delivery across various city-owned sites. The AVP will also serve as a liaison with stakeholders and maintain accountability for program performance and compliance.
