Senior Associate, Incentives

The Senior Associate will be part of the Incentives team at NYCEDC, managing projects related to various financing tools like tax incentives and bond financing. Daily responsibilities include overseeing transactions from origination to closing, conducting financial analyses, advising organizations on financing programs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves preparing presentations for senior leadership and providing guidance to junior staff.
