What the job really is

As an Operations Associate at Nutrafol, you will handle a variety of tasks related to order fulfillment and shipping, including fraud screening, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with 3PL partners. You will be responsible for ensuring timely order processing and managing multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across different teams.
