What the job really is

In this role as a Legal Counsel, you will collaborate closely with the General Legal Counsel Europe, providing legal support across various business areas. Your responsibilities will include handling legal cases, advising on economic law issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with ESG and data protection regulations, and managing external legal counsel. Additionally, you will oversee document management and budgeting for the European legal department.
