Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing at Northpoint Recovery is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality medical care for patients in an adult inpatient facility. This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient care with the Medical Director, and maintaining compliance with healthcare policies and accreditation standards. The Director will also participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff while providing hands-on patient care as needed.
