Corporate Legal Counsel

As Corporate Counsel at NMI, you will provide legal support on a variety of commercial agreements and corporate matters, primarily for the UK and US sales teams. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on compliance and governance issues, and developing legal resources to meet the company's evolving needs. This role requires a proactive approach to legal challenges in a fast-paced fintech environment, with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice.
