Sr. Database Reliability Engineer II

As a Sr. Database Reliability Engineer II at NinjaTrader, you will architect and optimize the data platform for core trading applications, focusing on MySQL and Postgres. Your role involves collaborating with software engineers to enhance database performance, develop tooling, and implement best practices for scalability and reliability. You will also lead initiatives to improve operational excellence and mentor other engineers on database-related topics.

• Salary range of $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD
• Annual target bonus of 10% based on individual and company/team performance
• 401K plan with company match up to 3.5%
