What the job really is

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at NinjaTrader, you will lead the SRE function, ensuring the availability and performance of trading systems. Your responsibilities include deploying services to Kubernetes, troubleshooting production issues, automating tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and security. You will also mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations to maintain high uptime for revenue-generating systems.
