What the job really is

As a Technical Support Engineer at NiCE, you will support large public safety software clients by troubleshooting server and network issues. Your role involves interfacing with priority customer accounts, collaborating with various departments for issue resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication. You will also participate in knowledge transfer activities and document service requests in accordance with company procedures.
