What the job really is

The Proposal Writer at NiCE will be responsible for creating and managing Statements of Work (SOW) for the Sales and Services organizations. This role involves leading customer negotiations, ensuring SOW accuracy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold best practices. Additionally, the writer will maintain SOW tracking in Salesforce.com and analyze related data to support team performance metrics.
