What the job really is

The Senior Manager, Player Engagement will support NFL players and Club Heads of Player Engagement by overseeing player mandatory education and leading various Player Engagement initiatives. The role involves developing strategies for continuing education, managing programs for player development, and facilitating workshops focused on career exploration after the NFL. Additionally, the manager will coordinate the NFL Academic Excellence Award and handle inquiries from players and club HPEs.
