What the job really is

The Seasonal Recruiter will manage high-volume recruitment efforts for various NFL offices, focusing on filling 40 to 50+ seasonal roles across multiple departments. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with hiring processes. The recruiter will also support onboarding and represent the NFL at hiring events, all while working in-person five days a week in Inglewood, CA.
