Seasonal Recruiter

The Seasonal Recruiter will manage high-volume recruitment efforts for various NFL offices, focusing on filling 40 to 50+ seasonal positions across multiple departments. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with hiring processes and laws. The recruiter will also support onboarding and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system, while representing the NFL at hiring events.

• This position requires in-person work five days a week with no remote or hybrid options available.
• The role is temporary, with an engagement of up to seven months, subject to business needs.
• No relocation assistance will be provided.
• The salary range is $30 to $40 per hour, with expectations to hire near the middle of this range.
