What the job really is

The IT Solutions Technician will provide first-level technical support to end-users at Nextiva's Scottsdale headquarters. This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting with hardware and software deployment, and ensuring a positive user experience. The technician will also engage in project work and continuous learning in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
