What the job really is

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern at Nextiva, you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support the overall recruiting process. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, gaining hands-on experience with recruiting systems and AI tools while contributing to process improvements. This role emphasizes collaboration and aims to enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
