What the job really is

As a Business Development Representative at Nextiva, you will engage with prospects through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. This entry-level role focuses on mastering outbound prospecting and consultative selling while utilizing modern sales tools and AI technologies. You will work closely with Account Executives to drive lead generation and support revenue growth, all within a highly collaborative onsite team environment.
