What the job really is

As a Claims Advocate at ERGO NEXT, you will manage a portfolio of new claims, focusing on identifying third-party negligence and assessing liability from the outset. Your daily tasks will include investigating claims, negotiating settlements, collaborating with a team of adjusters and legal partners, and ensuring compliance with policy language and legal requirements.
