What the job really is

As a Lead Designer on Nextdoor's Consumer Product team, you will shape how neighbors connect through the platform by leading a team of designers and contributing hands-on design work. Your role includes running design critiques, managing a team, advocating for designer growth, and participating in product discussions. You will also be expected to use AI tools as part of your design process and foster a collaborative team environment.
