  • Familiarity with one or more renewable energy financing structures, including construction debt, term debt, tax equity, tax credit transfer, back-leverage, or portfolio financing
  • Familiarity with renewable energy incentives and programs, including the Investment Tax Credit, Production Tax Credit, tax credit transferability, and relevant state-level programs
What the job really is

As a Capital Markets Analyst at Nexamp, you will support the Capital Markets and Project Finance team in managing financing transactions for renewable energy projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include financial modeling, project finance analysis, transaction execution, and coordination of funding processes. You will also prepare presentations and reports for senior management and assist with ongoing financing administration.
