Dimensional Quality Engineer, Metrology

As a Dimensional Quality Engineer at Neuralink, you will be responsible for overseeing the programming, fixturing, and measurement processes of the CMM fleet, ensuring high-quality standards for incoming parts and in-house machined components. You will develop and implement an Incoming Quality Control workflow, conduct inspections, and train other operators to maintain measurement integrity across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with various engineering teams to address fit, form, and function issues effectively.

• Base salary range is quite broad ($71,000 — $191,000), which may lead to variability in compensation based on negotiation
