Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at Neuralink, you will partner closely with technical teams to shape talent acquisition strategies and attract top candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes.
