Capture Engineer

The Capture Engineer at Nava is responsible for managing a portfolio of 3-5 states, developing capture plans, and building relationships with government stakeholders. This role involves leading discovery sessions, shaping procurement requirements, and generating outbound materials using AI tools. The Capture Engineer must engage with state agency leaders and contribute to pursuit strategies while maintaining a focus on mission alignment and improving government services.
