What the job really is

As a Coordinator for Programs, you will manage various meetings and events, particularly focusing on the National Charter Schools Conference, which serves over 4,000 attendees annually. Your responsibilities include processing invoices, managing logistics, tracking budgets, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. You will also support virtual learning programs and assist with post-event documentation and reporting.
