Chief People Officer

The Chief People Officer at Naked Farmer will lead the company's People strategy to support its growth while maintaining its culture. This role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee experience, leadership development, and compliance across multiple locations. The CPO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to align workforce strategies with the company's expansion plans and ensure a strong organizational culture.
