Birth Doula

As a Birth Doula at Nadia Care, you will serve as a trusted partner and advocate for expectant mothers in the Nashville area, leading two prenatal visits and providing support during active labor. Your role involves educating clients on labor positions and birth plans, maintaining communication with the care team, and documenting care interactions. This contract position allows you to set your own schedule and support 1 to 4 births per month, with the potential for more.

• We manage the billing process for you and contracts directly with insurers
• Choose the hours and number of clients that work best for you
• We find the members and seamlessly connects you with them
• Receive a summary of the member’s pregnancy experience to date before your first visit
• Access to RNs on staff for clinical issues

• This is a contract position, not a full-time role
