The Business & Operations Graduate role is a 24-month rotational program that allows candidates to work across four different teams within a highly automated environment. Participants will gain exposure to various financial markets, develop technical skills, and learn about fund structures while collaborating with teams in Investment, Risk, Corporate Accounting, and Legal, although they will not work directly in those areas. The program is designed to help graduates find their most suitable role after completion.
