Director of Growth Operations

The Director of Growth Operations at Muon Space will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team focused on business development and capture activities. This role involves overseeing proposal operations, partner management, pricing, and BD analytics, while also engaging in hands-on activities to ensure scalable operations. The position requires collaboration with various departments to align operations with business goals and includes mentoring team members as the organization grows.

• Salary range of $170,000 - $251,000, plus incentive compensation
