What the job really is

The Litigation Paralegal at Morgan & Morgan will work closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant, preparing various legal documents and e-filing them in state and federal courts. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, communicating with clients and courts, preparing discovery documents, and assisting with trial preparation and case settlements.
