Director of Data

As the Director of Data at Moonfare, you will lead the data strategy and execution, overseeing a team of 6 in data engineering, analytics, and architecture. Your role involves building a cohesive data function that supports the company's growth and operational intelligence, while also ensuring compliance in a regulated financial services environment. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate data into AI-driven capabilities and represent data initiatives to executive stakeholders.
