What the job really is

The Senior Financial Risk and Controls Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the risk and control environment within the Finance team at Monzo Bank Europe DAC. Daily tasks include testing Finance controls, reviewing evidence, supporting regulatory reporting, and tracking remediation actions. The role requires collaboration across various finance functions and involves preparing updates for leadership on control testing results and emerging risks.
