Associate, Basketball Operations

The Associate, Basketball Operations will support various departments within Monumental Basketball, including Player Engagement, Operations, and Scouting. Daily tasks include coordinating operations, designing tracking systems, building Excel tools, assisting with game day responsibilities, and collaborating with team members on projects. This role requires both independent work and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
