Game Night Staff: Membership Services (Part-Time/Seasonal)

The Game Night Staff for Membership Services at Monumental Sports & Entertainment will provide customer service during Washington Capitals home games. Responsibilities include distributing giveaway items, responding to fan inquiries, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of Membership Services areas. The role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
