The Associate Director of Project Management will oversee the management of launch campaigns, ensuring successful execution from inception to delivery in a fast-paced creative environment. This role involves managing creative reviews, stakeholder relationships, and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying friction points and architecting new processes to support the team's evolving needs while maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners.
