What the job really is

The Senior HR Business Partner at MongoDB will work closely with business unit leaders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with business needs. This role involves coaching, advising, and consulting on talent management while leading critical talent cycles such as performance and compensation reviews. The Senior HRBP will also partner with various teams within the People Team to drive scalable solutions and ensure effective execution of core people processes.
