What the job really is

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at MIND 24-7, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients in crisis stabilization and psychiatric care. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring patient safety, conducting security screenings, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting interactions in the Electronic Health Record. You will work closely with nursing and clinical teams to ensure a therapeutic environment and respond to escalated behaviors using de-escalation techniques.
