What the job really is

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at MIND 24-7, you will support patients in crisis stabilization and psychiatric care, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities include conducting security screenings, responding to escalated behaviors, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting patient interactions in the Electronic Health Record. You will work collaboratively with nursing and clinical teams in a high-acuity setting focused on immediate mental health support.
